Since Eric and I spent the weekend in Edmonton partying it up with my family, this week’s Food Matters Project Post is super late! The roads were bad and we had no food when we got home so it is 9PM and we just finished making dinner. I am running so late all you get is an Instagram photo this time around.
This week Dominica from Wine Food Love picked Seared Bean Sprouts with Beef as our recipe. Overall I am happy with this recipe I added some fresh ginger and a jalapeno into the mix for more flavour. The flavour was great. Only one problem. The beef was so tough. Next time I would make it with a nice piece of beef tenderloin. Also, I would cook the beef in one big piece and slice it after cooking.
