I know you have seen it before, the basic $35.00 RAST IKEA dresser made over into something new.
I am not the first, and I will not be the last. Despite the unoriginality of this project I am thrilled with the outcome! The three different colored handles look so pretty in out bedroom. 
This was a super simple makeover. The nightstands were sanded, the old holes were patched and new ones were drilled. From here we painted and primed the frame and drawers. To finish the makeover off I added new hardware from Anthropologie and lined the drawers with fabric.
As you can see, the bedroom is coming along quite nicely. We still need bedding and art but we will get there one day.
